Principles
What we hold to
Four rules for every project, no matter how big.
Rule 1Understand first, then build
Every project starts with research. We build only when the goal is clear.
Rule 2Measurable or not at all
Every project must measurably improve something. Otherwise we do not build it.
Rule 3Honest about knowledge
We separate facts from assumptions. What we do not know, we say.
Rule 4Less, but better
We build the smallest solution that solves the problem. No over engineering.
